  • Prices are accordily LIFFE, NYBOT, CBOT or the index that rule the commodity in question.
  • Offer price is only applied in case of acceptance.
  • Quotes issued has 5 days lifetime, all quotes prices are in US$ (USA dollar).
  • Incoterms 2000, must be advice in Request For Quote (RFQ) the delivery mode.
  • DLC UCP600, the unique payment document accepted in the commodities transaction, letter of credit under UCP600 rules, must be confirmed (if a non top 100 bank issue), transferible as issued from end buyer´s bank to taking possession of the goods. All the credits must be payable at sight (clean document presentation). Multiple shipments must be issued as non cumulative revolving activated for at least 3 shipments in advanced.
  • Performance Guarantee, late deliver discount payed on sellers invoice as per contract per each late delivery.
Procedures:
  1. Request for quote
  2. Official offer issued in the maximum of 3 days
  3. Offer accepted by the buyer and legally binding status is actvated
  4. Draft contract issued via internet by seller and upon acceptance hard copies is issued by courier
  5. Pre-Advice DLC issued to seller account if accept will be advised 5 days, if not accepted buyer has 5 days to issue amendments.
  6. DLC is activated against documents and delivery initiated.
  7. From Official offer to final contract acceptance and DLC logged must not exceed 28 days- delivery initiated 90 days or less from DLC logged date as per final contracts.
